KT ALB Transport – a COVID-19 update

With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, an unprecedented need for remote working has arisen. KT ALB Transport is taking specific measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers; we have been guiding our employees in these circumstances to the best of our ability, giving them government advice and guidance whilst ensuring that they are keeping healthy and safe.

As such, our employees will be working from home, where possible, to lessen contact and spread of the virus. Employees will have access to the appropriate equipment so they are able to work as normal. We have been paying close attention to government guidelines about working safely during the pandemic, and our top priority is to ensure that we are adopting safe practices in the workplace.

We are still operating as normal for all transport, storage and distribution requirements, and we are working hard to ensure your products get delivered on time. As you are aware, certain products are in high demand at the moment – toilet rolls, hand sanitiser and cleaning products to name a few. We’re bearing this in mind and are doing all we can to ensure bulk deliveries and emergency deliveries are made where needed.

Although we continue to try to meet the exceptional service we have previously delivered, delays are inevitable in the current situation but rest assured, we are doing all we can to keep everything flowing as normal. However, specific timeframes may not be maintained with goods from outside the UK, so please bear this in mind.
